We are open every Monday year around with the exception of a few holidays 2 pm to 6 pm during the long days of the years and 2 pm to 5 pm when the days shorten. We are located inside the Phelan Community Park during the Spring, Summer and Fall and inside the Phelan Community Center and it’s parking lot for the Winter.
